What the membership fee covers
The membership fee covers access to the concierge service level described for your plan, including request handling, research, coordination and communications. If a request requires unusually extensive project work or a separately chargeable concierge fee, we will explain the fee and obtain approval before starting that work.
What is paid separately
Flights, accommodation, transport, tickets, reservations, goods, professional services, deposits, taxes, delivery, cancellation charges, gratuities and other Supplier costs are not included in the membership fee unless a written quotation expressly says otherwise.
Availability and confirmations
Recommendations and estimates are not confirmations. A booking or purchase is confirmed only when Kensington Concierge or the relevant Supplier confirms it in writing and any required payment, deposit, identity check or Supplier terms have been completed.
Requests we cannot handle
We will not arrange unlawful, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive or exploitative activity; help evade sanctions, ticket limits, identity checks or access controls; obtain counterfeit or unlawfully resold goods; or provide regulated legal, medical, investment, insurance or financial advice.
