Membership-based concierge and lifestyle support for travel, dining, experiences, sourcing and day-to-day requests. Choose the service level that matches how you live, travel and work.
Unique customer journey
Kensington Concierge provides membership-based concierge and lifestyle assistance. We research, coordinate and assist with lawful requests using reasonable care and skill. Bookings, benefits and experiences remain subject to availability and the terms of the relevant independent provider. We do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.
Choose your service level
Every plan provides access to Kensington Concierge request handling and lifestyle support. Plans differ by service team, handling priority and the level of individually agreed support. Membership does not include a payment card, payment account or financial product.
Request
Tell us what you need. Include the date, location, budget, preferences and any important constraints.
Review
We clarify the request, research suitable options and explain any service fee or Supplier cost that requires approval.
Confirm
A booking or purchase is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation and any required payment or Supplier terms have been accepted.
