Urgent and emergency requests

Kensington Concierge is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to life, health, safety or property, contact the relevant emergency service or local authority. Marking a request urgent does not guarantee immediate handling or Supplier availability.

Response times

Requests may be sent at any time and are handled during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time. Response targets depend on your membership plan.
